Back in 2018 I helped COFOCO communicate their effort to become 100% powered by solar energy. Heavily committed to lowering their carbon footprint, COFOCO spent a considerable amount of money on establishing a 5 mega watt solar facility on the danish west coast. The facility produces much more power than COFOCO uses in the operation, making them both a restaurant cooperative, but also a general power provider.
The film for COFOCO was part of the external communication surrounding their investment.
